FOREMAN'S TRAiLER
this old trailer is used by the site foreman during the day, a hub of workers coming and going, but sits empty at night. situated in a far corner of the site, and offering good protection beneath it from eyes and elements alike, it can be a great hiding place. nearby are the site's dumpsters, providing food enough to support four canines, so long as they take care and avoid being caught by local authorities.

DRAiNWATER TRENCH
in order to keep water from accumulating inside the basement of a structure, crews have dug this trench, the lowest point on the site, to give water a place to go. it remains mostly damp most of the year, only filling part-way with water if it rains. a drainage pipe sits a short distance up the bank, large enough for multiple dogs to hide in. the pipe goes back 100 feet, where it opens into a larger room with several off-shooting pipes, but all of those tunnels are blocked by heavy-duty metal grates. given the water that is easily dug for, and the possibility of rats or human garbage, six canines could be supported here.

STRUCTURE
the site will be the future home of an office building, and already the metal infrastructure is constructed. the walls are beginning to go up, creating dark rooms where one could hide. during the day, the construction crew makes this place busy and dangerous, but it sits empty and silent at night. the concrete basement offers shelter, mice and rats, as well as human trash, meaning that seven canines could be supported here.

EMPLOYEE LOT
a large parking lot that will eventually be for the workers of the building, it is dusty and covered in sloppily parked vehicles during the day, and cold machinery at night. in one corner of the lot two large tents have been set up as an employee break area. one tent serves as a kitchen of sorts while the other as a lounge. this place, while it may seem like a haven of trash and spilled soda, is treacherous during the day. the multitude of workers taking their breaks, eating lunch, or taking a smoke break make it nearly impossible to remain hidden during the day. while there are a few workers who don't mind feeding strays, most are cruel and are not above trapping or torture. if they are crafty enough, or only come around at night, six canines could be supported here.
