WiNDiNG ARCHES
a true wonder of nature, this part of the badlands holds beautiful rock arches. wind and rain alike have carved these wondrous structures over many generations, making this a very popular place to visit. be warned, however, that the multitude of small holes in the rock face are home to venomous snakes and scorpions. caution is advised in this scenic terrain. amidst the maze of arches exists a small pool of water, hot from the sun, fed by a trickle in the rocks. the existence of water and prey, though one would have to be quick to avoid being bitten or stung, means that three canines could be supported here.
