PHYSiCAL DESCRiPTiON. Commonly mistaken as a sheep for her shaggy appearance, Emma's white fur is full of darker kinks and waves, and sits heavily over her form. Mud and dirt has settled underneath both layers of her coat, making her time as a barn dog and stray apparent to the onlooking individual. A tan and fading badger mark sits at the peak of her head, and recedes down to her ears, becoming a spot of dark gray in the middle, and diminish to a white and gray mixture of speckles before turning completely white at the tips. Her neck falls in long willowing strands of fur, and creates a mane that sinks down toward her chest, and withdraws as her fur swoops underneath and between her front legs, hanging loosely. Her belly, which is sparse of her fur, is pink skin with darker black spots that dapple themselves in random clusters. The back of her legs, as well as the front of her hind legs are shortly feathered. Her curled tail hangs down, the fur kinked and lengthy.
Although her coat makes her appear as a plump sheep; Emma's built appears to be mostly bulk until her fur is drenched, and her scrawny body is revealed beneath. Pity or disappointment might be something that an individual feels when they look upon the skinny body that actually makes up this Great Pyre. Emma's body is long and made up of lean muscle that is supported by her "longer than necessary" legs. Her back swoops up from her neck and shoulders to a higher set of hips, providing power to her back legs, and an awkward gait when she runs. Despite her built being seemingly lanky without the fur; she is a being of both elegance and intimidation when she is in full fluff.
Set at the base of her broad muzzle, sincere and warm chocolate brown eyes greet the world through an almond shape. Emma's face is rounded and given structure by the fluff of fur that rings her cheeks in thick clumps. Her pink tongue can be seen usually lolling out of her mouth, revealing dull, but thick teeth that can break bones easily.
PERSONALiTY.
Yielding an atmosphere of calm, Emma walks at a lumbering pace with her tail and head low to reserve energy, and becomes annoyed when her bubble is popped. She travels to where she wants, and heeds no ones call, but will remain patient when attention remains on her, or it's on something that is specifically engrossing to her interest. Her intelligence, although unlikely to be shown unless a situation calls for it, is quick and calculating. She can be confrontational towards hyper or aggressive animals, and is unafraid to snarl, snap, or bite, using her size to intimidate rather than actively harm. She is generally polite unless given an obvious reason not to be, and becomes quickly affectionate and protective of those she deems as companions. It is difficult to tell this Pyre what to do, and where to go, and typically does and thinks as she pleases. Her words are used to be blunt and precise.
HiSTORY. Born in a barn with a litter of eight siblings; Emma was use to the world of rank scents and sounds. The farm she had resided on for her first six weeks was immense with many Great Pyrenees to work it, and watch over the herds of sheep that were in company. At the six week mark of their birth, her siblings were taken one by one before her, until she was the only one left in the pasture; her mother already returning to work a week beforehand. It was when she was sleeping that her masters came to pick her up, and it was then an eight hour drive in their loud creatures that she slept in. She was introduced to the new farm, being the first and only Great Pyrenees to work it, and was allowed to spend her first few months inside of their large and lavish home. It was something that she was unused to, but loved the attention she was given by the furless pups. By the time she was six months, her masters placed her outside. For weeks, she cried and begged to go back, but it was to no appeal. Emma remained outside for the next two years, making many escapes as she became more and more interested in the world outside of the fence. After being given the freedom of living the two-legs, she felt liberated to do as she wished, and she had no desire to live out her days in a barn with a bunch of sheep. Her last escape was the last time that she had seen her masters. It was late in the day, and the younger of the five had opened the gate to take her for a walk. Emma bulled her over and ran, and kept running, ignoring the shouts and cries of the little owner. By the time Emma stopped running, she didn't know where she was or how she got there, and had no idea how to get back home. She hadn't wanted to leave permanently. For a time, she wandered, hiding from other two-legs, remembering that not all were good with past memories. Eventually, she came across Sang City and now resides there for the time being.
